Poon Choi is special in that it is composed of many layers
of different ingredients. It is also eaten layer by layer instead of
"stirring everything up". Poon Choi is often served as a main dish
placed at the center of the table for the whole family to enjoy together.
Priced at only RM199 per pot, the ingredients includes premium quality items
such as Cabbage, Broccoli, Braised Chicken, Mushroom, Straw Mushroom,
Sea-cucumber, Abalone, Fish Maw, Tiger Prawns, Trotter, Fuzhou fish ball,
Seaweed and Vegetarian goose.

be delivered in an auspicious packaging in a stainless steel bowl (all
bowls need not be returned and given to you *grin*). A separate packet of soup
will be provided, all you have to do is just to pour the packet of soup into
the stainless steel bowl and heat it up for 5-10 minutes before serving. It is that simple and easy peasy!
